PRODUCT INFORMATION +
5-Amino-1MQ, chemically described as 5-amino-1-methylquinolinium, is a small-molecule research compound rather than a peptide. It is studied as an inhibitor of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT), an enzyme that methylates nicotinamide using S-adenosylmethionine. NNMT connects nicotinamide metabolism with cellular NAD⁺ availability and methyl-donor balance, making 5-Amino-1MQ relevant to studies of metabolic flux, cellular methylation and enzyme inhibition.
Pen availability: This product is also available in pen form for an additional €20. Contact Trifecta Pharma through WhatsApp if you prefer the pen presentation.

Before opening, allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature to help minimise condensation and moisture entering the container. Always follow any product-specific storage requirements provided with the relevant batch documentation.
AFTER RECONSTITUTION +
Stability after reconstitution varies according to the compound, solvent, concentration, sterility and storage conditions. Follow the product-specific documentation supplied for the relevant batch.
Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles unless freezing has been specifically validated for that product. A universal post-reconstitution shelf life should not be applied to every compound.
