Where can I find a product’s COA?
Available certificates are listed in the searchable COA Vault and may also be linked from the relevant product page.
How do I send an order request?
Choose each in-stock product and variant, add it to the basket, adjust quantities, then press Send order on WhatsApp. The complete selection and estimated total are included automatically.
Can I pay through this website?
No. The basket prepares a WhatsApp order request only. There is no Shopify checkout or online payment, and final details are confirmed directly with Trifecta Pharma.
What does out of stock mean?
An out-of-stock option remains visible for reference but is not currently available. You can use the restocking enquiry button for more information.
Which products are available in pen form?
Pen availability is stated inside the relevant product description. Pen presentation carries an additional €20 charge and can be requested through WhatsApp.
How is HGH presented?
10 IU is available only as a pack of 10 vials. 36 IU is listed as a single vial and a pack of 10 vials; both 36 IU options are currently out of stock.
How should products be stored?

What does research use only mean?
The catalogue is presented for laboratory and scientific research only. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use.
How does Trifecta Repeat 10 work?
Your first completed retail order starts the cycle and your second receives 10% off. The cycle then repeats, so orders 2, 4, 6 and so on qualify after verification through the same WhatsApp number. Cancelled, wholesale and already-discounted orders do not qualify or count toward the cycle.
